The daily creel limit for smallmouth bass at Lake Powell is 20 fish and 5 fish for largemouth bass. The daily creel limit for crappie is 10 fish per person.
There are no limits for walleye and striped bass here.
Please, be aware that the area of the lake immediately below the dam is closed for fishing.
Target shallow waters to catch largemouth bass here from April to May. Fish near underwater structures with jig-n-pigs, spinnerbaits and weedless plastic tubes to have a catch.
