Oregon Youth Fishing License Requirements
In order to fish for Trout, warmwater fish, or marine species other than Pacific Halibut or Salmon, youth aged 11 or younger are not required to have a permit.
- Youth aged 12 to 17 are required to purchase a Youth Fishing License
To fish for Salmon, Sturgeon, Steelhead, or Pacific Halibut, youth aged 11 and younger are required to get a FREE Youth Angling License and must purchase a Juvenile Combined Angling Tag.
